1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services of Pushpak Nexventra, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Pushpak Nexventra is a travel agency registered under MSME (UDYAM-GJ-01-0524997) and IEC certified. We provide the following services:

• Domestic and international flight ticket bookings
• Visa processing and documentation assistance
• Hotel reservations worldwide
• Domestic and international tour packages
• Honeymoon packages
• Group and corporate travel bookings
• MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Events) services

3. Booking and Payments

3.1 Booking Confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation from the respective service providers (airlines, hotels, visa authorities). A booking is only confirmed upon receipt of the advance payment and issuance of a booking confirmation from Pushpak Nexventra.

3.2 Payment Terms

• A minimum of 50% advance payment is required to confirm any booking
• The balance amount must be paid at least 7 days before the departure date
• For bookings made within 7 days of travel, 100% payment is required at the time of booking
• All payments are to be made via bank transfer, UPI, or cash at our office
• GST at applicable rates will be charged on all services

3.3 Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are indicative and subject to change based on availability, season, and service provider rates. The final price will be confirmed at the time of booking. Prices include accommodation, sightseeing, and meals as per the itinerary unless otherwise stated. Flights, visa fees, travel insurance, and personal expenses are not included unless explicitly mentioned.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation charges apply as follows:

• Cancellation more than 30 days before travel: 25% of total package cost
• Cancellation 15-30 days before travel: 50% of total package cost
• Cancellation 7-14 days before travel: 75% of total package cost
• Cancellation less than 7 days before travel: 100% of total package cost (no refund)

Flight tickets and visa fees are non-refundable as per airline and embassy policies. Hotel cancellation policies vary by property and will be communicated at the time of booking.

5. Visa Processing

Pushpak Nexventra provides visa assistance services including documentation review, application submission, and follow-up. However:

• Visa approval is at the sole discretion of the respective embassy/consulate
• We do not guarantee visa approval
• Visa fees paid to embassies are non-refundable regardless of the outcome
• Processing times are estimates and may vary
• Clients must provide accurate and complete documentation

6. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellation, baggage loss, and personal accidents. Pushpak Nexventra can assist in arranging travel insurance but is not responsible for claims or disputes with insurance providers.

7. Liability Limitations

Pushpak Nexventra acts as an intermediary between clients and service providers (airlines, hotels, transport operators, etc.). We are not liable for:

• Any loss, injury, or damage sustained during travel
• Changes, delays, or cancellations by service providers
• Any circumstances beyond our reasonable control (natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, etc.)
• Loss of personal belongings during travel

8. Communication

By using our services and providing your contact information, you consent to receive communications from Pushpak Nexventra via RCS, WhatsApp, SMS, email, and other authorized communication channels. These communications may include booking confirmations, itinerary updates, travel alerts, payment reminders, and promotional offers (if you have opted in). You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by contacting us.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
